I wanted a tomato paste that was re-closable since I didn’t need to use more than 2 tablespoons. This was perfect, if a little expensive. Taste is excellent – make sure you know it is unsalted, so you’ll likely need to add that to your recipe. Easy to measure into a tablespoon for the recipe.
